Dermal Filler Aftercare
Swelling is normal and temporary. Judge your result at two weeks, not at two days.
The first 24 hours
- Ice gently — 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off — for the first few hours.
- Sleep on your back, slightly elevated, for the first two nights.
- No pressure on the area: no facials, no massage, no sleeping face-down.
- Avoid the gym, sauna and steam for 24–48 hours.
- Skip alcohol for 24 hours and stay well hydrated.
- No dental work for 2 weeks where possible — tell your dentist you've had filler.
